Dynamic Awareness Inc. fully supports the Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act, the Canadian legislation to protect the privacy of the individual. We maintain a person responsible for personal information who ensures that the personal information entrusted to us is respected and not used for purposes other than what is required to offer the services our clients deserve.

Dynamic Awareness Inc. operates a number of web sites, including www.dynamicawareness.com and www.janetchristensen.com. From its web sites, Dynamic Awareness Inc. tracks non-personally identifiable information to help us understand the needs of visitors to our sites and their needs related to our web site design. When required in the course of doing business, Dynamic Awareness Inc. asks for information which personally identifies you through our web-based tools. Dynamic Awareness Inc. allows you to purchase products and services. When these purchases are made using a credit card, only the relevant personal and billing information is obtained and maintained in accordance with government, business and banking regulations.
