Power Coaching® is all about you, the client. My focus is to be the greatest service to you in the development of solutions to your challenges and goals. I also act as a mentor and resource, guiding you through your journey by sharing my knowledge, wisdom and an array of ideas.

Executive and Life Power Coaching® are two aspects of the menu of professional and personal development services that I offer through Dynamic Awareness Inc. I bring over 25 years of professional experience as a manager, trainer and facilitator to coaching. I am completing the Certified Power Coach® accreditation with Coaching and Leadership International and my professional memberships include both the International Coach Federation and the International Association of Coaching.

I am excited to offer you the opportunity to work with me in a partnership to achieve your goals and expand your horizons. My commitment is to support you in quickly and effectively changing unconstructive habits and behaviours into positive ones. My role as your coach will adapt to meet your needs as they change, whether you need your own personal advocate, mentor, teacher, resource, challenger or cheerleader. I provide one-on-one Power Coaching® in person or by telephone and in-between session support by telephone and e-mail.
